These terms govern your use of the website at pare.health (the “Site”), operated by Pare Labs, Inc. (“Pare”, “we”, “us”). By using the Site you agree to them. They do not govern use of the Pare product, which is provided under a separate written agreement between Pare and each facility that uses it.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site to learn about Pare and to contact us. You agree not to interfere with the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it or to any related system, scrape it in a way that burdens it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

2. Information you send us

When you contact us through the Site you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the authority to share it. Do not send protected health information or other patient data through the Site. How we handle what you send is described in our Privacy Policy.

3. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, logos and software, are owned by Pare or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. You may view and share links to the Site. You may not copy, modify, distribute or create derivative works from its content without our written permission. “Pare” and the Pare mark are trademarks of Pare Labs, Inc.

4. Product descriptions and sample data

Interface images and figures on the Site are illustrations using sample data. They are not a description of any facility’s data and are not a promise of any particular result. Features described as planned or on a roadmap may change or may not be released.

5. Third-party services

The Site links to services operated by others, including our scheduling calendar and social media pages. Those services have their own terms and we are not responsible for them.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pare disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing on the Site is legal, financial or clinical advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pare will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site. Pare’s total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars.

8. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold Pare harmless from claims, losses and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the Site.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

10. Changes

We may change these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new terms.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Pare regarding the Site.
